Architecture Audit.

Most teams have a collection of tools, but lack an architecture. This 2-minute audit identifies which layers of the Solar System your business is missing — and what to install first.

§ I — The Sun

1 / 6

Do your automations have a singular, documented purpose?

§ I — What is an Architecture Audit?

Your automations were built. We check whether they compound.

An Architecture Audit is a structured review of every automation running in your business. Not a tool-by-tool checklist — a system-level diagnosis. We map what you have against the six layers of the Solar System Architecture: the Sun, Gravity, Planets, Mass, Connections, and Accretion.

Most automation stacks we audit score below 40%. Not because the tools are bad, but because they were installed without an architecture. Individual workflows exist in isolation, data moves manually between departments, and nothing learns from yesterday.

The audit identifies exactly which layers are missing, ranks them by compounding value, and produces a prioritised roadmap you can follow yourself or hand to us for implementation.

§ II — The Six Layers

What we check.

§ I

The Sun

Every compounding system needs a singular, documented purpose. We check whether your automations serve a central objective or exist as disconnected one-off tasks.

§ II

Gravity

The invisible infrastructure layer — hosting, databases, APIs, monitoring. Without reliable gravity, nothing stays in orbit. We assess your stack's resilience.

§ III

Planets

Self-contained workflows with their own memory, error handling, and scheduled tasks. We check whether your workflows can run without human babysitting.

§ IV

Mass

Does your system get smarter with every execution? We look for learnings files, feedback loops, and data layers that accumulate value over time.

§ V

Connections

Orbital connections between planets. Data should flow automatically between departments — no CSV exports, no copy-paste, no manual transfers.

§ VI

Accretion

The compounding layer. We measure your ROI curve: flat (paying per execution), incremental, or exponential (the system learns and compounds value).

§ III — What happens after

From score to roadmap.

Once you complete the audit, you'll receive a score and a breakdown of which layers are missing. If your score is below 40%, you're in the Asteroid phase — disconnected and fragile. Between 40–80%, you have a functioning Orbit but missing layers are preventing true compounding. Above 80%, you're building a real Solar System.

The next step is the €1,000 Diagnostic: a 60–90 minute structured session where we walk your stack live and deliver a written action plan with three prioritised moves inside 48 hours. For teams that want the full picture, the Star Chart engagement (from €5,000) delivers 8–12 pages of written findings, an orbital diagram of your current state, and a prioritised 90-day roadmap.

You can implement the roadmap yourself, hand it to your internal team, or hire us to build the next tier. The audit above is free; the Diagnostic is the first commercial step, and it's creditable against any deeper engagement.

§ IV — FAQ

Common questions.

How long does the audit take?

The interactive tool above takes about 2 minutes. The €1,000 Diagnostic is a 60–90 minute session with a written action plan inside 48 hours. The full Star Chart engagement — written findings, orbital diagram, and roadmap — takes 1–2 weeks.

What tools do you audit?

Any automation stack: n8n, Make.com (formerly Integromat), Zapier, custom Python scripts, Claude API workflows, voice AI systems, and bespoke integrations. The framework is tool-agnostic.

Do I need technical knowledge to take the audit?

No. The audit is designed for business operators, not engineers. If you know what tools you're using and roughly what they do, you can complete it.

What do I get at the end?

A score (0–100%), a breakdown of which Solar System layers you're missing, and a prioritised recommendation. The paid Diagnostic adds a 1–2 page written action plan with three prioritised moves; Star Chart adds the full 8–12 page findings document and a 90-day roadmap.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. The 2-minute tool above is free, and so is a 30-minute discovery call to talk through your results. The first paid step is the €1,000 Diagnostic — creditable against any deeper engagement booked within 30 days. Star Chart engagements start at €5,000.

How is this different from a tool audit?

A tool audit checks whether your Zapier or n8n workflows are configured correctly. An Architecture Audit checks whether your entire system has the layers needed to compound value over time. It's the difference between fixing a single workflow and building a system that gets smarter every month.

§ V — Next step

Every engagement begins with the Diagnostic.

Whether you scored 15% or 85%, the next step is the same: a 60–90 minute structured session walking your stack, with a written action plan in your inbox within 48 hours.
