Pay €1,000 via Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to the intake form and the calendar booking.
02 · Brief
Fill the intake form (≈10 minutes). It captures your stack, current automations, the three things eating the most operator time, and your goal for the next 90 days.
03 · Call
60–90 minute working session. We walk your stack live, map symptoms to missing layers, and prioritise. You leave the call with the answer, not waiting on a deck.
04 · Action plan
Written 1–2 page document delivered within 48 hours. Three prioritised moves, the order, the why, and a pricing anchor if you decide to bring us back for delivery.
§ IV · Frequently asked
Questions buyers ask before they book.
- Why is this paid?
- A free call selects for tyre-kickers and hour-burns. A €1,000 commitment selects for operators who already know automation matters and want a structured first move. The price is also creditable against any further engagement booked within 30 days.
- Is the €1,000 creditable against larger engagements?
- Yes. If you book a Star Chart, Planet Build, or Solar System within 30 days of the call, the €1,000 is deducted from the new SOW. You don't pay it twice.
- What if the call doesn't surface anything useful?
- It will. The point of a structured audit is that it always finds at least one missing layer worth fixing. If after the action plan you genuinely feel there's nothing actionable, we'll refund in full.
- Can my team join the call?
- Up to two people from your side. Recommended attendees: one operator who lives inside the workflows day-to-day and one decision-maker who can authorise scope.
- Do you sign an NDA?
- Yes. A mutual NDA is sent with the booking confirmation. PHI and regulated-data engagements use a separate template — flag this in the intake form.
- Where are you based and what currency do you invoice in?
- EKB Labs is Estonian-registered and globally remote, founder-led from Bali. Default invoicing is EUR. USD and GBP available on request.
