Model Deadline Sweep

Is your model on the list?

AI vendors switch older models off on a published schedule, and the automations that call them usually stop without warning. We find every model yours call, move the ones on the list, test them, and set an alert for the next notice. USD 1,950 fixed, up to 30 workflows.

§ I · The dates

The next shutdowns.

23 Oct 2026
OpenAI shuts down gpt-3.5-turbo, gpt-4, gpt-4-turbo, gpt-4o-2024-05-13, gpt-4.1-nano, o1, o1-pro, o3-mini, o4-mini and gpt-image-1, among others.
30 Nov 2026
Claude Sonnet 4.5 retires on Anthropic's API. OpenAI's Agent Builder, prompts API and Evals shut down.
11 Dec 2026
OpenAI shuts down the gpt-5 family snapshots, o3 and o3-pro.
14 Jan 2027
OpenAI shuts down the dated gpt-4o, gpt-4o-mini, gpt-4.1 and gpt-4.1-mini snapshots.

Taken from the vendors' own deprecation pages on 19 October 2026. Vendors change these dates, so check the current page before relying on one. Some older models, such as claude-3-5-sonnet and dall-e-3, are already switched off.

§ II · What you get

Found, moved, tested.

  • 01An inventory of every AI model your automations call, in n8n, Make, Zapier and your code, with where each one sits.
  • 02A mapping of each model to its replacement, which you approve before anything changes.
  • 03Each affected workflow moved to its new model, with the settings that model needs.
  • 04Every changed workflow tested on real inputs, with rollback notes.
  • 05An alert that tells you when a vendor announces the next shutdown for a model you use.
  • 06An evidence pack of what changed and how it was tested, and a 30-minute handover call.

§ III · Frequently asked

Before you book.

How do I know if I'm affected?
If any automation calls OpenAI, Anthropic or another model provider, it depends on a date the vendor sets. Many workflows name an exact model version, and those stop working on the shutdown date. The inventory tells you which of yours do.
What does it cost?
USD 1,950 fixed for up to 30 workflows, paid before work starts. Outside the US it is invoiced in EUR at the day's rate. If more than 30 workflows need changing, each extra one is quoted before it is touched.
How long does it take?
Ten working days from access, with the inventory in the first three. If your first deadline is closer than that, tell us on the call and we'll say straight away whether it can be done.
Will the new model give exactly the same output?
No model gives identical output, not even the same model twice. Each changed workflow is tested against checks we agree with you first, such as required fields being present and routing matching what you expect.
Do you deploy code changes?
In n8n, Make and Zapier the change is made in your account. For code, you get a pull request to review, merge and deploy.

Not sure which models you use?

That's the usual starting point. Book a short call and we'll tell you whether the Sweep is worth it for your setup. Or take the free Day-91 Check first.
